Abraham Ortelius' map of the Duchy of Württemberg, a state in south-western Germany, member of the Holy Roman Empire from 1495 to 1806, when the duke became King. In 1918 the kingdom was replaced by the Free People's State of Württemberg. Today is part of the German state of Baden-Württemberg. The map is hand colored and was published in Antwerp in 1574 along with the Palatinate and Bavaria description.
